Located near the University of Texas at San Antonio, Indy Coffee is the perfect place to study, grab a quick bite to eat and of course – enjoy an impeccable cup of joe – beans courtesy of Brooklyn, New York’s Parlor Coffee.  (I tried the Vanilla Latte with almond milk and it was delicious!)

I’m thrilled to find a place like this so close to where I’m living in San Antonio, TX. Since we moved from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, my husband and I have been searching and hoping to find a “new favorite” local coffee shop. We love to support local business and had a handful of our favorite coffee shops in DFW.

The atmosphere at Indy bears a charming, minimalistic, southwestern vibe with potted cacti, succulents and vines everywhere. The baristas are friendly, the natural lighting is abundant and the artwork hanging on the walls is definitely worth the look.

I highly recommend this cozy coffee shop if you’re ever in the area! After all #GoWhereWeGo and enjoy #local.
