One of my goals for the year is to try and keep a book by my side at all times.
So, with all of this said, I want to challenge you as I have challenged myself. Ask yourself, what is holding you back from your ultimate goals? Weither your goals are health related, work related, etc, make a list of your walls. Then I encourage you to make a goal list to break those walls down.
It starts with "just being.” To just be; do any of us know what that’s really like? To really sit and do nothing, to “just be?”
Things never go as planned, I'm sure many of you can relate. But there is more to it than that. Things never go the way I want them, but they do happen the way they're supposed to.
